i have a big problem with my packet because it will arrive to me two months ago and never arrive, but today seen in the information of the tracking that the shipment expired and I ask for an answer for this lack of responsibility. the tracking number is RO281423427CN. i wait for an answer

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RO281423427CN shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller applied a tracking number from China Post, but never actually shipped anything. you are scammed.

If you paid with paypal,open dispute against fraud asap.
