Hi I have 2 packages that have been stuck seemingly for over a week. Wondering where they are or what’s the delay. Can you help?

http://track-chinapost.com/starteub.php shows both parcels have left china post warehouse. You can not see new update until US customs releases the parcels to USPS. the no-update stage can last 7 to 20 days.

After USPS gets the parcel from US customs, you will see new status in usps.com
