Post Package stuck at JFK

I have a package that appears to be stuck at JFK, tracking number CX002738235CN

It left Shenzen on 3/29 and arrived at JFK 4/5/2016, and has not moved since. That's almost 7 weeks. I assume it is in customs, but it has been there a long time.

Can someone please help?

1. Have you call USPS for your parcel? Can you call US Customs at JFK to find out about your parcel?

2. Have you contacted the seller to tell him the parcel arrive in USA but was not delivered yet?

3. Seller can have China Post investigate of what is happening to your parcel is USA.
