I received a tracking number for my package 12 days ago and it is still showing no shipping record. Could you let me know the status of my order, please.

"No shipping record" means your seller hasn't sent anything using this tracking number yet. Once a parcel is sent, the tracking number will start working within 48 hours.

Why tracking results shows ” invalid” or “China Post has not received the parcel”?
