Please advise status of parcel RO280895986CN? It’s been a month now ,how much tine does it take to deliver to Dubai ?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number RO280895986CN is invalid. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
