Dear Representative,

When will the item ordered leave customs? It arrived May 20th at EMS. The date has changed to May 27. Why hasn't it shipped? The seller's site indicated it would ship in one day. I have experience obtaining items internationally working with an U.S. Intellectual Property Officer. Please notify the seller of the customer's inquiry. Please expedite the shipment.
