ON ROUTE!!!!

Why would they say the package will arrive at a certain date but a month after that date you still trying to track your package only to get an update for a month "on route". I spoke to my friend and she said she is still waiting for her package since 2017!!! Why would wish do that to people?

Where is my package??

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RW113311327CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jun 24 and sent to airline company on Aug 24.

After sent to airline, normally it will wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to South Africa, then it will wait another 4 to 8 weeks to pass South Africa customs clearance. Total time can take 12 weeks.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
