I ordered two products from the same seller on February 19th. One of those products arrived promptly, earlier than expected, however the second's tracking has been stuck "leaving for Guangzhou City" since March 8th with no updates since.

My order is #LM648792000CN, would it be possible to see if any problems have arrived while I still have time to dispute this order? Thank you very much!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LM648792000CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to Canada on Mar 8.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Canada Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Canada). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Canada Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Canada Post website will show its new status with Canada location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
