Hi there,
I placed an order on Nov 11/18 and I looked at the tracker for my package, and it says there is no shipping record. Why would it not have been shipped yet?

My tracking # is LM257445254CN

Can you please advise when it will be shipped, and when I should expect it? I'm in Ontario, Canada.

After your seller sends the package, the tracking number will start working within 48 hours. If it's not working yet, it's because the seller hasn't sent your package yet. Contact your seller to find out when they are going to ship it.

Even after they send it (presuming they do), Canada Post is currently on strike, which will probably delay your parcel quite a bit, on top of the usual holiday delay. >_<
