I shipped a product back to a company that I ordered from in China and followed all of their instructions. Tracking number from US Postal Service is LA374071957US
The postage was approximately $30. They will not refund the cost of the item until it is received. I mailed it in February. The last information said it was processed in Miami in late February and was in transit. The company says it has not been received. Please help. Thank you.

your parcel has no arrival information in China Post system. It is either lost or delayed in US airport. As covid-19 has cancelled most of airlines between USA and China. I believe it is more likely to be delayed. You need file an investigation with USPS.

By the way, did you purchase insurance when shipping the parcel? It is very important to buy insurance. USPS international parcel lost rate is a little bit high.
