I mailed this package (returned goods) on 5 November 2019. It has been held up at Zhengzhou, Henan, since 17 November for customs processing.

I have been in touch with PayPal about this transaction. They said: "It does not matter if the seller picks up the item or not as long as the post office can confirm that it either has been attempted to be delivered, or that a pick-up notice has been sent or if the product has been destructed by the mail service. As long as you get this on a sheet of paper with a signature by this post office, we will be able to use this as a valid document for your case."

Please send me a signed letter confirming that a pick-up notice was sent to the seller. I can then get my refund from PayPal.
