I haven’t received an update since November 15th. Last it says is returned from customs. Where is my package ?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY970406458CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Putian office to JFK on Nov 15.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in UK). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

But it does show that it’s on its way ? And it didn’t get returned to the sender
