Order shows as "delivered" on 10/24 however I have not received it. What does delivered mean? Delivered to Post Office or customer shipping address?

You can track these on the USPS site too; you'll get more detailed info for the part where it's in the US.

USPS says "Delivered, In/At Mailbox, WORCESTER, MA 01653
Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 7:23 am on October 24, 2018 in WORCESTER, MA 01653."

If you live in Worcester, MA and don't have your parcel, you should contact the post office right away to figure out what's going on with it.
