Could someone please help me figure out where this package is? Last week I saw that it would be delivered by 04/14; now that information seems to be missing. I have contacted the seller but no response so I opened a dispute with PayPal.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LS263650422CN was just shipped from Zhengzhou to USA on April 1. It is still in China

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from China. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
