RC704074949SG posted 3-09-18 and left singapore 5-01-18, from Singapore to China. No update since and today is 18-9-2018. Written in to customer service at Singpost and chinapost and no reply as yet. Another other way of checking or raising a case? Please advise.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows China Post has no arrival information of RC704074949SG. It might be delayed in China customs or some airport outside china.
