http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO655164671CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Shanghai office to Portugal on Dec 31.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Portugal Post(CTT) system(possibly airline warehouse in Shanghai ,China or customs warehouse in Portugal). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 20 to 30 days until Portugal Post gets the parcel from customs. Then CTT website will show its new status with Portugal location.
