LO767848662CN Has been in transit for over 37 days, what should I do?

Is it lost? When will it arrive?

LO767848662CN left China Post Shanghai office of Feb 7, it should be in Shanghai airport waiting for flight space. Now 80% airlines from China to Canada are cancelled, shipping space is very limited. In addition, your parcel was rejected by airport safety check point once. It needs to be re-scanned. So the priority to catch flight space is lower than other parcel which has no safety problem before.

You need wait some more time(at least 2 to 4 more weeks).
