It's been 24 days and I have no more of an answer. Is it time to file a missing package claim already? This wasn't a cheap package, and at this point I'm pretty sure it's been lost. How long do I have to wait before this officially is declared missing?
Yes, I know, i need to go through PayPal and dispute for lost parcel too. The seller is dragging their feet claiming "it's still on the way" but I genuinely don't believe that at this point. There are so many other packages that were mailed after mine was mailed already arriving to the US despite not being a higher priority mail type and I'll I am told is I'm too stupid to understand the "nuance" of package priority. So, at this point, is it reasonable to assume the parcel is lost? I need to know how to proceed.

If you consider 7-20 days to be normal and this is beyond the 20 day mark I'm not sure I understand what you mean about this being normal still. If I wait 2 more weeks and I still don't have it, at that point do we consider it lost? I'm really not sure what I'm supposed to do if I wait 2 more weeks and there's still no progress? Please clarify
