Hi, I would love it if someone could help me.

I personally shipped a box from Xi’an on November 26, 2019.

I had 5 books included. A Chinese-English dictionary, 3 Chinese practice books, and a book of how to draw Mandarin characters.

These were not included in my box when it arrived to New York, and I do not understand why. The agents at the Xi’an post office thoroughly investigated the package before shipping it. The books should have arrived to me, and I would really like to find them.

The packing slip even say “5 books”, and I have a photo of them. But it seems like someone removed them. :(
