Hello, i’m expecting my parcel to come but it hasn’t. The worst thing is that. The parcel is still at china and i’ve been waiting for almost one month. Can you tell what is happening to my parcel? UP267901713CN. Thanks!

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel UP267901713CN was shipped on Oct 10.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 8 weeks to reach Singapore.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
