My order (LW540924943CN) has been marked "in route" for a little over a month now, and the sender claims to have posted it 3 days before that. Is there anyone who can give me some information on when I can expect it?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LW540924943CN was just shipped from SHANGHAI to USA on MAR 19. It is still in SHANGHAI

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from SHANGHAI. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
