1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. Sometimes it can take up to 10 days before the tracking number is put into the China Post systems.

2. If after 10 days that you receive the tracking number, you still can not track your parcel, then contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.

3. This is what I get when I track your parcel:
Item is not found at this moment, If necessary, please verify with the package sender and check back later.

you can't track the parcel because your seller did not ship you anything. Push your seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track the parcel in next 3 days, you will open dispute to marketplace(ebay/aliexpress etc) against fraud.

RH375907392CN left china on Mar 13. Actually it should have arrived Canada Post import customs warehouse now. Canada Post import processing is very slow, you might need wait up to 3 months to get it released.
