Hello,

My package EA118447383CN status has said "held by customs" for three days now. Is this normal? Isn't is supposed to say "Inbound to Customs" and then after it gets cleared say "Outbound of Customs", or something like that? I just really want this package by next week. Any idea of why it's being held and how long customs will hold it?

wait one more week and see if you can see new status. if still in customs, it might be rejected in customs and you need open dispute for lost item.

wait one more week and track again. it should be waiting in guangzhou for shipping space and customs scan.

your parcel is in Jeddah customs. You should contact Saudi Customs officer and see if they can help you?
