Post Fake tracking number?

I recently bought two smart watches off of a website called Justlife. They gave me the tracking number LZ566321830CN. That was almost 3 weeks ago and it still shows no record. Is it fake?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ566321830CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you. You are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute against fraud.
