Hello,

It looks like my package was last updated to be in Shanghai airport on March 10. Is there no update due to the airline cancellations?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO882543515CN shows your parcel was shipped from Shanghai on Mar 9. It is still waiting in Shanghai airport for flight space to Canada.

In past 40 days, china cancelled more than 80% airlines to Canada. Many parcels shipped in Feb are still in China airport. The situation becomes worse from Mar 26 because China just stopped all international airlines to prevent cross-border travel. China Post highly depends on such passenger airlines to carry parcels.

Right now you need some patient. Once parcel catches flight to Canada, you will see local tracking result in Canada post website.
