Post Ems/epacket tracking no updates

On October 4th 2018 i placed my order on AliExpress.
On October 15th it was accepted and posted.
Now the last update was October 18th 2018
Hasn’t even said it was dispatched from there! I was supposed to have the package by October 24th.
It’s now October 30th...

I have no idea when i can expect the package.
My customer is supposed to have it by November 2nd 2018.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY813619165CN shows the parcel left china post warehouse in Shanghai on Oct 16. Next station will be USPS warehouse in Chicago.

You can not see new status until the parcel passes US customs scan. This might take 10 to 20 days. Once USPS get the parcel from US customs, you will see something like ISC chicago in USPS tracking page.

But it says October 18th it arrived at another sorting facility... then never updated saying it departed said facility.. that’s kinda what I’m confused about as that was 12 days ago.
