Hi guys,

it is bit off-topic, but need to ask (thats why I made a new topic in USA/CAN).
Tracking number: EM32one0396six8CZ

I have sent EMS package from Europe to the United States.
EU:
Package posted 12/3/2019
Package Leaved EU 13/3/2019

USA (USPS):
Origin Post is Preparing Shipment (LOL, I have found on forums something like it is sitting on customs and USPS cant scan it)

In transit right now: 17 days + 2 days posting, shipping

So please, question is: How long I need to wait = fill a report for lost package.
I have sent same route before (different times: 6 days, 9 days and 18 days)

Thank you so much for your help / info
And yes I know it is not China and USA (But it is kind of USA problem I guess)

EM32one0396six8CZ is not a tracking number. tracking number should be 13 digits.

USPS.com shows Your item has been processed through our facility in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) at 4:00 pm on March 30, 2019.

You will get the parcel very soon.
