http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EB711187464CN was shipped from Guangzhou to Canada on Jan 1. It is now in some middle place between China Post and Canada Post system. Possible location is in Guangzhou airport or Canada customs warehouse. You can not know exact location until parcel passes Canada customs.

such ePacket parcel shipping time might take 2 to 3 weeks.

Once parcel is released to Canada customs, Canada Post website will show its local location in Canada.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute for refund, otherwise please wait some more time.

Thank you for checking.

I have had other packages shipped from same warehouse after Jan 1, they arrived in 3-4 days. I will continue to be patient :)
