Hi, can someone help me with my problem?
Status of my delivery is "delivery failed", can this be a problem with the postal service of Ukraine and what should i do in this case?

UKRAINE Post website shows the parcel arrived KYIV 1, Departure to delivery office on Nov 2. You must contact Ukraine Post for delivery or pickup.
