I purchased something and paid for 4-8 day express shipping but it hasn't updated in 3 days now.

Tracking # LT704161767CN

Could someone please let me know why it is stuck like this ?
Is it stuck in customs ?

LT704161767CN was just shipped on May 23 from Beijing to USA. normally such epacket will arrive USA in 10 to 20 days. you can not see update until USPS gets the parcel from US customs. please wait some more time.
