I paid for 4 day delivery but the package has not arrived (ordered December 13) and I am unsure how to track. Thank you!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS186411025CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Dec 18.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, parcel might take 20 to 30 days to reach USA. If your seller promised you 4 days delivery, he is misleading. You need open dispute for compensation.
