My package RA601725869CN has been at the same location for weeks on there website.I've been calling at china post & they told me it's at the location that I already know.But they give me another number that the english service is not available.This don't make no since that it's taking this long to ship a package.USPS is no help either,I tryed contacting and explaining this problem,I got an email saying they cannot ship the package any faster because it's still in china custom.Really?? this is the service that we get.All this technology we got & people working over here to there & still nobody can't send a ship a package on time??What a beautiful world we live in>>>.

if your computer has battery inside, it will be a big problem. battery item is not allowed by regular airmail which will cause safety problem to plane. Your seller should not use airmail to ship the goods.

Battery has caused some fire accidents in airplane. Now all the items with battery inside will be rejected by regular airmail which will go with passenger flight.

Many people use DHL,UPS etc which has special cargo flight to ship the battery goods. I also heard that some China Post ePacket and EMS branches also accept battery item.

if your parcel has battery item, you will NOT get them. you have to open dispute and claim refund from seller.
