Post Attempted delivery

I have been tracking my package and it says attempted delivery but there has been none. I have ordered the exact same thing before and the post office just put it in my mail box. I have not gotten my package yet and it says delivery was attempted on 01/19/2016. How do I go about getting my package? Could it be at my post office? The tracking number is LK744763116CN

the parcel should be in USPS office in BURLINGTON, IA 52601 , contact them and pickup the parcel asap.

Sometimes the mailman is lazy and just scans it to attempted delivery without delivering. We see it here all the time.

and it says attempted delivery twice and no such attempt has been made
I have it being delivered as a gift to my blind brother and he is very concerned that he is not going to get his gift.
can you please make sure he gets it and let me know what the status is?

http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows the parcel is out for deliver by USPS in GRANTS PASS, OR 97526 . If you can not find the parcel today, you should contact USPS office in GRANTS PASS, OR 97526
