hello, this package RY749988487CN is traveling to Italy but on the site of the Italian post office is not anything is normal?

Usually postal services notify each other electronically that a package is coming before they send it, but sometimes a notification gets missed.

Your package left China for Italy on 12 January. I wouldn't be worried about it unless it doesn't show up by 12 February or so.
