Post Was my package even sent?

Hi, so I bought some stuff from AliExpress, it was shipped (?) on January 23 and apparently the tracking number is LX128999029CN. The thing is, I've never been able to track my package and I get the message "Tracking information is temporarily unavailable" both on AliExpress and on 17track. I sent several messages to the seller (whose feedback is 97% positive, and the shop has been open for 5 years), asking if they actually sent me the package and if they could provide a valid tracking number, but they never answered. Is the tracking number legit? Should I open a dispute?

LX128999029CN is fake number. Your seller did not ship you anything. You should open dispute to claim refund.

Ma guarda dagli comunque un 3/4 giorni perchè a volte ci vuole un po per farlo partire..

Nono un mese é troppo chiedi immediatamente il rimborso.Strano comunque Aliexpress è un sito abbastanza sicuro..

Eh infatti, tra l'altro anche il venditore sembrava serio, aveva pochi feedback negativi e nessuno segnalava un comportamento simile... In un certo senso spero ancora che sia la compagnia aerea a non aver scansionato il codice sul pacchetto, ma ormai credo sia una speranza vana :')
