Good morning,

I need help...I ordered a package at 11 may, it hasn't arrived yet. I checked the tracking, my package is in Vilnus (Lituania) since 16 june. Why does it take so much time? have I to consider my package lost?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV432209710CN shows your parcel was shipped by Sina-Europe Railway. It arrived Vilnus ,Lituania on Jun 15.

parcel will stay in Vilnius in 1 to 2 weeks waiting for import processing, sorting and then will take another one or two weeks transit to Italy. You can not see any update during this 2 to 4 weeks. Just be patient.

Based on our stat, this parcel will arrive Italy in next one or two weeks.
