Can you please tell me if my package (tracking number RK261461151CN) is still in China or has already left the country? I really have to receive it soon!

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows its last location was in Shanghai on oct 13. I believe it has not left China yet. you need to wait another 2 to 3 weeks to get the parcel.
