1. May I suggest you read this for Singapore:
China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time
On this site:
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php
2. Also, you might want to look at this extract for your parcel and this apply to any parcel in the world:
Customs & security delays:
Customs operates on their own schedule, and they don’t care how badly you want your package. Some places open and inspect almost everything, some don’t; some places process packages very efficiently, some do not.
With both Customs and security, if one item is suspicious, it may delay everything in the same dispatch.
You can find the full document on this site:
I can fly to China in 24 hours! Why does a package take weeks?
3. Please be aware that if there is no other scan on your parcel nobody knows were it is.
4. Are you sure that Singapore will track you parcel on their site. Have you call Singapore Post en ask them? If they did answer to a Yes they will track your parcel, then you have the answer that the parcel is not in the hands of Singapore Post.
5. Also please note that it's not all Post Office in the world that will scan a parcel before it goes to the Customs Office some do and some don't.
Hope the above information will be helpful to you.
