Hi there,
My package RJ876029275CN was sent on Oct,12, but since Oct. 18 the tracking seems to be stuck in Shanghai. Can someone help me?

2. According to the above tracking your parcel is On Route to Italy. Now it's up to the Italy Post when the parcel arrive or when they can to scan the parcel and give it to the Italian Customs for clearance.

3. May I suggest you read this for you country:

4. Your parcel is fine you just need to wait for it and continue to track your parcel on the Italy Post for any new movement.

it's been 31 days (vs 28 days of "maximum shipping time" that table is showing) and the package seems to be still in transit.

What can you tell me?

1. Your parcel departed China on the:
2016-10-18 10:44 Shanghai Pudong, left

2. And the Italian Post did not scan your parcel yet that is why we don't have any movement of your parcel..

3. About maximum shipping time. Your forgot to had this statement:
China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time Stat Report
This report is based on big shipping data from Jan 01,2015 to May 31,2015.

4. It's only an Estimate, it's giving you and idea when possibly you could expect the parcel.

5. If you worry to much about your parcel just contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel and ask him to contact China Post about it.
