It's not clear if it's in China or in Italy, because it appears in China on 12/19 and Italy on 12/02.

I bought something on a Dutch website named: http://www.zxfluxschoenen.nl. But I don't trust it. Got an email which said this:

Hello,
I am glad to inform you that the item you ordered has been shipped out.

The tracking number is rs251408845nl

Global postal carrier shipment.
You can track your package on http://www.track-chinapost.com/en about 2 days later.

It usually takes 7-12 days for delivery.

I think it went this way: my parcel left China on 12/19 and, by mistake, it was registered in Italy on 12/02.

PosteItaliane tracking reflects the original parcel departure.
Maybe, if you've called poste italiane someone entered manually your tracking number into their system.
Or, i don't know, china post double check parcel and send parcel lists to local postal services.
So at this time poste italiane knows they have that parcel but they don't know where it is!
At the end you've still your shipper refund policy.

Per caso hai chiamato il n. verde di poste italiane?
In questo caso probabilmente hanno fatto ricerche e hanno inserito il numero della spedizione nei loro sistemi anche se non hanno ancora scansionato il pacco in dogana.
Si tratta di fortuna, a volte anche dopo 10 giorni dalla partenza dalla cina il pacco appare in dogana... altre volte passano settimane 😉
Nel caso il pacco vada perso hai la garanzia del rimborso del venditore se hai acquistato da ebay/amazon/aliexpress...

In effetti ho chiamato, ma solo dopo aver visto il mio pacco sul loro sito.
Mi chiedo ancora come abbiano avuto il numero! L'ultima persona con cui ho parlato mi ha detto che il pacco è partito dalla Cina il 2 dicembre.
Io so che fino al 19 era ancora lì, per cui sono più tranquilla, perchè so che, mettendoci molto tempo ad arrivare, non è detto che sia perso.
