The track say "sent to airline" since 1 of this month.Other packages are arrived in italy,very fast from the same chinese airport,and after 5 days.It's normal that the item is still in china after 12 days? thank you

it is quite common that parcel stuck at "sent to airline" status for 2 to 4 weeks, no need worry.
