Hello, my parcel meant to be delivered on 18th December. I checked on your website but I could only see that it arrived at Milan custom on 14/12/2015.
would it be possible to know when and what courier (here in Italy)is going to deliver my item?

Hello Gaia, Your parcel is delivered by normal postal service; you can check at 'dovequando' by Poste italiane..it seems that two days ago the package was in Torino.

Hi Gaia...
If the parcel is small or is a letter, the courier is Poste Italiane.
If the parcel is large, the courier is SDA.
Anyway, i think that Poste Italiane deliver the parcel to you.
