Hello

This item is still there in China? I think has gone lost. In that case, how to request the lost declaration?

You don't need any declaration, just open a dispute with the seller for a "lost package"...
Usually sellers offer a 45 or 60 days protection time, as parcels may need also 60 days to deliver in some cases.

Puoi aprire tranquillamente una controversia su ebay/aliexpress/amazon, di norma entro 30 giorni dovrebbe apparire in dogana italiana il pacco... puoi aspettare ancora un po' comunque, in teoria fino alla scadenza dei 45 o 60 giorni il venditore non ti rimborsa. Dopodiche il rimborso e' praticamente automatico 😉
