He had to get to milan but it's going to rome. you can check the true destination? maybe it's a fake tracking

you should talk to Italy Post. the parcel is in their hand. If they can help you to redirect the parcel to Milan, it is ok. otherwise it will be returned to China. I believe the later situation is more possible. You should to open dispute and claim refund from seller.
