Hi!
my parcel was picked up on 18/10/2014 and it's in the "Export Customs Scan" status since 21/10/2014
Is this normal ? When should the parcel arrive (in Milan, Italy)

Ciao e grazie per la risposta. Per 10 giorni intendi dalla data di raccolta del pacco (18/10) o da quella dell'export (21/10) ?
