My package is in the "Sent to airline" status and was scanned at the airport in Shanghai, 15 minutes before the packet of the previous post of another boy. Based on your experience, the 2 packages were either lost or simply have not yet been scanned upon arrival in Italy?

RC324594240CN was sent to airline on Dec 11. normally it will arrive Italy within 2 to 3 weeks after the "sent to airline " date. If you have not got it, it might be delayed by Italian Customs or Post system, or even worse, to be lost. So we suggest you to open a dispute before the deadline and get your money back first.. if you receive it later, you can repay your seller.
