Hi, i am looking for information on order RB592145912CN, as i will shiw the message on the site " the verification code wrong" , the order was shipped on October 13. Thanks.

Ciao Gecopelato, guarda che il "verification code" è il "Chapta", quell'insiene di lettere e numeri scritti in modo distorto e che tu devi riportare correttamente nella casella, mentre il tracking code è quelle che riporti nel tuo messaggio, non è che confondi le due cose? :)

grazie, sono a conoscenza del metodo di inserimento dati. infatti dopo aver inserito il codice di sicurezza e poi quello di spedizione mi compare una nuova schermats con il messaggio .....the verification code is wrong

please.... the veryfication code is wrong... compared in the site everbuying.com, no in the China Post.com

RB592145912CN was just received by China Post Nanjing office today. it is now waiting for export scan.

did not start on the 19th October for Italy, the 20th day in shanghai, 22 still in shanghai. I do not understand, please explain.

yes. German post system sometimes hold outside parcels for a couple of weeks.
