hi there, ive sent a package (first of many) from beijing to italy on june 6th. for over a month though it is shown being in shanghai. i have chosen surface as category of transport.
question: is it normal that having to travel only by land from beijing to italy it has been sent to shanghai?
question 2: i know that surface usually takes 2 to 3 months, but a stay of over a month in shanghai is considered ok?
question 3: ive tried using the international shipping part of your site but i do not get a location when i enter the tracking number, is there another way to check?
im hoping someone can shed some light on this,
