It is on the way to Italy, not likely to be lost. http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left china on Oct 28. You can not see new status when parcel is outside china. now is rush season, shipping time to Italy now needs about 4 to 6 weeks, you need some patient.
