Post No updates for a month

Hey, my order LX062548582CN hasn’t been updated in almost a month. I wanted to know if this was normal or if I should be worried. Can you guys tell me approximately where my order might be and how long should I be still waiting for? Thank you for your help

It's normal for your package's status not to update while it's in transit between China and Italy. The status can't be updated again until it arrives in Italy and Poste Italiane scans it.

For some reason, packages to Italy seem much much slower than normal lately. If it doesn't show up in another 4 weeks, then I would start to wonder if it is lost. Until then...keep waiting. :(

It was shipped the 22th it’s been a month, could I seriously have to wait another 4 weeks?

Just reminding you, if you bought from ebay or any similar website there is a deadline to ask for refund, so check when it ends for your item in case it doesn't show up in time or never!

Unfortunately, it's possible. I have no idea what's going on with Italy right now, but there are many packages sent between November 15 and December 25 that haven't arrived yet. It's very strange, usually ePackets to Italy only take 2-3 weeks.

Nothing generally, although for receivers in Italy, one user here mentioned that Poste Italiane is very helpful and responsive when you contact them via Twitter. If you're waiting for a parcel to Italy maybe they can give you some insight.
